Wavepoint 3PL, a leading provider of third-party logistics services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Gifford as the new VP of Warehouse Distribution and Fulfillment Services. In her role, Kelly will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and executing growth initiatives within the company’s warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment operations.
With a proven track record of success in operations management, strategic leadership, and continuous improvement, Kelly brings a wealth of experience to Wavepoint 3PL. Her expertise includes building effective teams, financial management, cross-functional collaboration, and KPI measurement systems.
Kelly’s previous experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at Wabtec Corp/GE Transportation, where she oversaw operations at multiple fabrication plants and achieved consistent KPI performance. She was recognized for her exceptional leadership in driving safety, quality, delivery, and financial commitments.
As the VP of Warehouse Distribution and Fulfillment Services at Wavepoint 3PL, Kelly will take charge of ensuring operational excellence across all warehouses under her purview. Her responsibilities include staffing, equipment uptime, facility compliance, safety, quality control, and efficiency. Kelly will also collaborate with customers to understand their needs and expectations, exceeding their requirements.

Kelly Gifford holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Penn State University, where she specialized in operations management. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with minors in Finance and Economics from Gannon University. Her educational background and diverse skill set make her a valuable asset to Wavepoint 3PL.
